Balderson wins 94th District seat |
|
Voters had the choice between two Zanesville residents for
the Ohio House of Representatives 94th District seat, with Republican
Troy Balderson and Democrat Jennifer Stewart.
But in the end, Balderson's small business background won out over
Stewart's strong education experience, as Balderson won with an
unofficial 27,236 votes to Stewart's 23,094.

Balderson gets nod in 94th District |
|
The 94th District is fortunate to have two people such as Democrat
Jennifer Stewart and Republican Troy Balderson running for state
representative.
The two Zanesville residents have been open and accessible and are
conducting their campaigns in a respectable fashion. Both are heavily
involved in the community and sincerely care about our future and our
children's future.

They want change; rightfully so |
|
We have heard from the Democratic Party that change is needed. This
call for change hits close to home here in southeastern Ohio, too. One
of the main concerns for citizens is the state of our educational
system. Jennifer Stewart is running for the Ohio House of
Representatives 94th District. She has a list of credentials dealing
with the condition of our educational systems at the local and state
level.

Troy Balderson has made it clear for this entire election season
exactly where he stands on all of the issues that are important to the
values of our area. He is ardently pro-life and is endorsed by Ohio

Balderson Reinforces Views on Energy |
|
In an effort to better inform voters about the differences between the two candidates in the 94th House District race, Troy Balderson renewed his commitment to a sound, all-inclusive energy policy today.
"Since I entered this race in 2007, I have said that we need a comprehensive energy policy in Ohio in order to relieve us from our dependence on foreign oil," Balderson said. "To secure relief at the gas pump, we must continue to invest in ethanol technology, promote energy conservation, expand nuclear power, and develop alternative sources of energy including solar and wind."

Balderson good choice for Ohio House |
|
We all know how important presidential elections are for our country
and future, but we also need to remember that state and local races can
have an even bigger impact on our everyday lives. Many times it’s the
decisions and votes of county and state leaders that determine major
aspects of the local economy, education, taxes and other issues that
are important to voters.
Troy Balderson is an individual that I
believe will make good decisions for the residents of Muskingum and
Coshocton counties. Mr. Balderson has much experience when it comes to
operating a small, family business. He understands the issues facing
small businesses in Ohio because he has faced those issues himself many
times. I think when a person has actually “lived” the life — it gives
them a different perspective and allows them to gain important
knowledge.

policy objectives that will strengthen Ohio’s ability to compete with
other states for investment and jobs. Several of them also own their
